Honduras is a new country for Agua Viva. Our second system in Honduras was completed in May 2018 by a new team of eight volunteers. The system was planned to be installed in January of 2018, but the election unrest in the country forced Agua Viva to delay the installation until May. With an “all clear” sign from our new in-country coordinator, Rigo Rios, Agua Viva dispatched our team and the system was installed in record time. The celebration was Friday, and by Monday, two days later, all 500 children in the elementary school were drinking pure clean ozonate water from their new personal water bottles (all provided by Agua Viva). What a blessing! The teachers could not believe that they had been drinking that dirty water for all of those years!
